They are renderings of feelings, emotions, conflicts, causes, worries and remembrances -- things issuing from a common ground of human experience manifested by these tangible offerings. Each statement in this catalog is by the artist and has only been edited for obvious grammatical error, not form or style. They show an extraordinary range of interests and approaches to making an altar. What you see is art with a heart, sometimes deep. occasionally outrageous by always from within...enjoy!
